The Illinois School of Health Careers offers diploma programs in several health care fields. Our programs are designed to quickly give you the skills, knowledge and take-charge attitude needed to succeed in one of these meaningful and fast-growing career fields. Externships are required for each program and provide valuable, "real-world" experience.
Location: Located in downtown Chicago, you'll find plenty of great restaurants, shops, theaters, museums and more nearby. In addition to classrooms and labs, our campus has an x-ray room, computer room, library, and student lounge. Train today for a career as a Patient Care Technician!
Admissions: Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis, so apply anytime! Our daytime classes are offered year-round. Our admissions offices can help you with the enrollment process. Financial aid: Students enrolled in our 600 clock hours programs may be eligible for federal financial aid in the form of loans or grants. Career Services and other Highlights: We keep class sizes small so that students and teachers are free to interact and students get the individual attention they need. Hands-on, "real-world" experience is emphasized both in the classroom and through externships. Faculty members are trained, practicing professionals that offer a great perspective on what the field is really like!
